I just sold my condo which date in S&#38;P is just 2 months to become 5 years. However I get the consent 9 months later (i'm a bumi sold to non bumi). Which date should I take as selling date and what document should I produce (other than S&#38;P) to prove that the selling date is more than 5 years.
